All bookings have a minimum 5 night stay. 50% Deposit required on reservation. Full payment required 6 months prior to arrival date. Once full payment received their will be no refund on cancellation of a booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the reservation cancels 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 administrative fee (plus any credit card charges if applicable). If the reservation is cancelled within the 30 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be retained unless we are able to re-let the apartment for the duration of the reservation. If the apartment is re-let for the duration of the reservation, then the deposit will be refunded less the $100.00 administration fee (plus any credit card fees if applicable).
