TRANSFERS:
Transfers booked and paid through Mandalay will be with Express Chauffeured Coaches who will meet and greet guests in the arrival lounge at Cairns Airport. Cost is $33.00 per person each way and $20.00 for children (2-11 years inclusive) each way inclusive of GST. (Rate subject to change without notice) Children under the age of 2 years travel free unless a baby seat is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the reservation cancels 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 administrative fee (plus any credit card charges if applicable). If the reservation is cancelled within the 30 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be retained unless we are able to re-let the apartment for the duration of the reservation. If the apartment is re-let for the duration of the reservation, then the deposit will be refunded less the $100.00 administration fee (plus any credit card fees if applicable).
